Community Skills Training

We deliver grass roots STOP Suicide Workshops to community groups and people that want to increase their knowledge to help others. Individuals learn how to be alert to warning signs of others having suicidal thoughts or behaviours, gain confidence to speak directly about suicide and understand how to help someone stay safe for now.

"Having no knowledge of suicide, this training gave me a real insight into suicide awareness and how to act with confidence if faced with the situation."

I’d Ask Campaigning

Help us to spread the word and provide further campaign resources and awareness events for our community. Last year we reached tens of thousand of local people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough encouraging open conversation and providing information about suicide prevention.

"One conversation can change a life, and for me it has"
